Lamentablemente no le sacamos fotos mientras íbamos
haciendo los largueros, pero tuvimos que desarmar uno, y acá se nota como es el
armado.
Básicamente son 2 maderas largas con palitos que hacen en parte de separadores y
en parte de elemento estructural. Según dicen, es necesario dejar un hueco para
que circule el aire de un cajoncito a otro, para de esta forma evitar tensiones
internas dentro del larguero, por la compresión o expansión del aire, pero la
verdad no creo que la flexión del ala sea tan grande como para que el aire
produzca una fuerza considerable, ya que este es muy "compresible", lo que es lo
mismo que decir que para pequeñas compresiones la fuerza ejercida es también muy
pequeña.
Y después de todo, en nuestro caso tampoco están tan perfectos cortados como
para que no halla circulación de un cajón a otro
Una vez terminados, se pusieron en su lugar pegándolos
con Epoxi.
Y ya que estábamos le pusimos las costillas de las alas internas para ir viendo
como quedaba. Uno no se va dando cuenta el avance por cada cosita que se pone o
cada parte que se agrega o termina, pero de repente, lo miras y decís, mierd...!!!!!

Acá se puso e avión en el piso para poder poner los
herrajes en forma correcta dándole la inclinación que el ala debe llevar, y de
paso aprovechamos para poner las costillas, y de esta manera, llevar los
largueros al banco de trabajo y comenzar a construir las alas
Bueno cuando hicimos esto vino un problema, por alguna
razón uno de los tirantes del larguero trasero había quedado curvado, hubo que
desarmarlo y volver a pegarlo nuevamente esta vez tomando mayores precauciones,
el larguero desarmado, es el que se ve en las primeras fotos
Una vez que arreglamos el moco, se comenzó a pegar el
poliuretano para luego ir lijando y darle forma, acá algunas fotos. A medida que avancemos,
voy actualizando, este es el progreso hasta el 06/07/2007
Bueno, ahora ya se lijo bastante, y tiene una formita
mucho mas linda, lo único que hicimos fue lijar con paciencia y agregar un poco
mas de poliuretano.

Bueno una vez q se copio lo mas perfecto posible la
forma de las costillas en el poliuretano, se empezó con el laminado, una lado
por vez, y pasándonos en el borde de ataque aproximadamente 6 cms para el otro
lado, para q de esta forma el borde de ataque quede laminado con 2 capas de
fibra, todo el resto es solo 1 capa, acá algunas fotos, todas juntas tanto de la
capa de fibra de vidrio como de la tela de raso, .
Una vez q se seco la resina y luego de sacar el raso,
se empezó a lijar para sacar todo el sobrante de resina y q queda bien lisa la
terminación .
Bueno, la única diferencia q hubo al laminar el otro lado
del ala, fue q antes de hacerlo, se corto (en el lado terminado) por el borde
del alerón y se lamino el otro lado por si solo... fuera de eso, todos los pasos
fueron los mismos, en esta ala no me avive de sacar ni una mísera foto de cuando
laminamos el alerón, (Rolando hijo) , así que se las debo para el otra ala.
Bueno, el paso del laminado como fue exactamente igual
que el otro fue obviado (esta parte de la pagina ya esta bastante cargada como
para poner fotos q no van a aportar nada), pero les pongo las imágenes que se me
pasaron de largo en la anterior, acá se ve cual fue el corte q realizamos, y
cuando vuelva a actualizar, voy a poner el laminado del alerón por si solo,
aunque no encierra ningún secreto, es mi opinión cargar todas las imágenes que
pueda, pues como dicen, una imagen valen mas q mil palabras, y en todo el
transcurso de la pagina, van a encontrar mas fotos q palabras
